We all have found our own unique ways to get through not watching the Tour de France for 24 hours a day for three weeks straight.  The climax in Paris is always bittersweet because the final sprint is always exciting, but the following Monday always leaves us empty.

Race #9 results are posted along with individual and team omnium standings.  Our next race is two weeks away on August 11th, and marks the beginning of the final three races of the 2010 series.

The July 24/25 weekend is a big one if you are a bicycling enthusiast.  First and foremost we have our criterium races at LP Field while on Sunday there is the end of the Tour de France in Paris.  It is fair to say both events will live up to the hype! 

Being honest and avoiding wrongdoing has sadly become a difficult character trait for people in all walks of life to follow. 

For many of us, athletic competition is our primary avenue to express and release our inner artistic abilities.  It took the sport of cycling for me to realize athleticism has always been my stage where I can confidently share myself with others. 

I am on a roll huh!  I have a lot rambling through my head with plans to write about all of it soon.  Some of it racing related while other info is coaching related, and I will get to all of it as time permits. 

I recently traveled to my favorite racing town of St. Louis for the Mid Town Alley Grand Prix and the Tour de Grove, an NRC event.
