Mark your calendar and plan to race the Gateway Tire & Service Criterium Race Series on Saturday, August 20th!  Fields include Juniors only, Women 4 only & Masters 35+!

After enduring two series rainouts in June we wanted to make up for the losses by adding a Smoothie King of Belle Meade Sizzler Series weekend date to the Gateway Tire & Service Criterium Race Series.  The rainout make-up date will be Saturday, August 20th at LP Field. 

Racing begins with a FREE Juniors 10-18 race at 9:00 AM and ends with a Pro/1/2/3 race at 2:00 PM.  Racers will get to enjoy the large race loop that encompasses the entire area of Lots A/B/C/D east of the Tennessee Titans stadium.

Over $800 in primes and $325 in prize money will be awarded!

Please visit the flyer link above and see page 5 for race details.  Not only do we have our usual categories, but also due to the success of our Ladies Night & Clinic we will also have a Women Cat 4 only race at 11:10 AM.  To all our regular women racers, please reach out and encourage all those ladies who attended our clinic to come back and race again!

Following the Women 4 will be a Masters 35+ race at 11:50 AM.  Bring the family because we are also having another Kids 10 & under race at 12:45 PM.  All of the races are staggered to allow qualified racers to compete in two races with a short break in between. 

Race a second crit for only $10!  All racers must either have an annual USA Cycling racing license or purchase a one-day license for $10; including the Juniors and Women 4 racers.

This date will also be a great opportunity for all teams to play catch up and earn more team points.  With more category offerings it is a chance to possibly leap onto the podium of the Bank of America Team Omnium competition.  This race will also be the penultimate race leading into our final on Wednesday, August 24th.  Therefore, it will be a great opportunity to protect or invade the Words Go Here Individual Omnium standings.
