Results from Race #9 of the MOAB Firecracker Series are here and posted with USA Cycling.  Our next race is Wednesday, July 27th!

A heat index over 100 degrees at the Gateway Tire & Service Criterium Race Series only made the race equally smoking as well.  Breakaways were the theme of the evening as the Pro/1/2/3s lapped the field and Kyle Taylor in Cat 4 rode away from the break solo to victory!  The number of racers having difficulty breathing the hot air was noticeable, but for some it was obvious they thrived on the situation and capitalized.  We expect the heat to play a role throughout the remainder of the series, so acclimating to the conditions is a pre-requisite to success.

Our next event is Wednesday, July 27th for the MOAB Firecracker Series!  Everyone will have the first week of August off from racing, and then we are back for Race #11 on August 10th.  Therefore, you do not want to miss Race #10 on July 27!  Please read the flyer closely to ensure you do not miss your start time.  Racing begins at 5:30 PM, so Be There or Get Slower!  View the flyer HERE.
