Nashville's premier training ride, Be There or Get Slower (BToGS), is likely to hit gold status as the weather forecast is finally favorable for the weekend.

Roll out is at 9:15 AM and expect a duration between 3 to 4 hours in length at an endurance to occasional tempo pace.  There will also be two groups that split off at some point early into the ride; a varsity & JV if you will.  The difference?  Varsity will likely roll a little longer and harder than the JV group.  You choose, but no fussing or bruised egos are allowed.

Be on your best pedals.  If we want respect on the road then we must give respect.  Stay as far right on the road as possible, and keep a single or double paceline at all times.  Yellow line rule will be strictly enforced; break it and you are relegated!

Remember BToGS Rule #1, "everyone arrives home safely."

WEATHER UPDATE : Visit the 10 day outlook HERE.

Prepare to get dropped, Lee. We don't slow down for newbies. No sag, no sweep either.

Lee

I just sent you an email with the map of the ride location. It's not at the airplane field. We moved it to the other side of Percy Warner because there were too many breakins in that parking lot.
