I know it has been a while since I’ve written and I do apologize about that.  I got busy and forgot to pen my experiences and thoughts to paper.

Hello everyone! Good news and bad. Last week I had a doctor's check-up. 

After Redlands I left that next day for Europe.  After a long day of flying I made it to Izegum Belgium.  I mean a long day, I left LA flew to London and then on to Belgium. 

Hello! I apologize for my lack of posts lately. In fact, it has been so long just an apology is not enough, I believe an explanation is necessary.

Well, Redlands is in the history books and I can say it was one tough race for where my fitness is at right now. 

It has been a while since I last wrote.  I have just finished the time trial out here at Redlands which I will touch upon later.  What have I been up to since I last wrote?

This past week it seemed that the winter training season was a distant memory as I rode with my new team up and down the hills around Malibu and worked on my tan lines.

I have been busy traveling around Italy as we previewed a few pieces of the Giro and made it to Livorno where Tirreno-Adriatico starts. I originally was not planned to do this race, but am really excited to be here.

I know it has been a couple weeks now since I wrote my last blog.  Sorry for the lapse, since then I’ve raced four times in Florida and returned home to a snow storm.
