All - I'm not sure where to post this information (so feel free to repost) but I came across this article today.  Long story short Google maps is adding cycling specific maps in 150 cities.  I haven't seen the list anywhere but stay tuned, I'm sure it will turn up.  Some trails (like the Shelby Bottom greenway) have already been mapped but this could be really helpful for lesser known/traveled routes.
